Terms and Conditions: MultiSnap Terminal Directive

Welcome to MultiSnap!
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the MultiSnap application, owned and operated by Unleash Fudotech GK.
By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MultiSnap if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. The Credit System & Service Access
Access Requirement: Access to the "Capture" and "Scan Text" (OCR) modules requires a positive System Balance (credits).
Purchases: Credits are purchased via Stripe. These transactions are final.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy: Any remaining unused credits cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for monetary reimbursement. Unused credits will remain as such within the user's account balance and are non-transferable.
Usage: Credits are deducted based on the volume of data processed (e.g., per selection for OCR). MultiSnap reserves the right to gate "free" features behind a minimum credit balance requirement.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, Unleash Fudotech GK and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material, code, and UI elements on MultiSnap (including the Pip-Boy aesthetic and "Geometric Glitch" logo). All intellectual property rights are reserved.
User Restrictions:
- You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from MultiSnap.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the OCR engine or the capture logic.
- You must not use MultiSnap to process documents that you do not have the legal right to possess or digitize.
3. User Content & Uploaded Data
Parts of this application allow users to upload, process, and download data.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the MultiSnap terminal.
Liability: Unleash Fudotech GK shall not be liable for any damages, data leaks, or legal consequences resulting from the nature of the documents you choose to process through our systems.
Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor system logs for abuse but do not review the private content of your processed documents unless required by law.
4. Hyperlinking to our Content
The following organizations may link to our Website/App without prior written approval:
- Government agencies;
- Search engines;
- News organizations.
No use of the MultiSnap "Geometric Glitch" logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
5. Content Liability
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears via your processed files. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your use of the MultiSnap processing engine.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our application.
Service Availability: We do not warrant that the terminal will be 100% error-free or that the OCR accuracy will be 100%.
Credit Loss: We are not liable for the loss of credits due to user error or accidental clicks.
No Liability: As long as the base application interface is provided, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature resulting from system downtime or data processing errors.
