2) Products and Delivery
Offering: Digital Service — MultiSnap (OCR and Document Capture credits).
Billing: One-time purchase per credit bundle. There are no recurring subscription fees.
Delivery: Instant digital delivery to your account balance. No physical goods are shipped.
3) Payment Processing
Processor: We use Stripe to securely process payments.
Methods Accepted: Major credit cards and other Stripe-supported methods.
Currency: USD (United States Dollar).
Billing Descriptor: Your statement will show “MULTISNAP” or “UNLEASH FUDOTECH” per Stripe/issuer rules.
Security: Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS–compliant payment processor.
4) Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
Purchase Model: All transactions are one-time purchases for digital credits.
Cancellations: As there is no recurring subscription, there is no cancellation process. Once a purchase is initiated and credits are delivered to the account, the transaction is considered complete.
Refunds: No refunds are provided. All credit purchases are final. Unused credits cannot be returned, reimbursed, or exchanged for cash or original currency.
5) Taxes and Fees
Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your jurisdiction. Any such amounts will be calculated and displayed at the point of checkout.
6) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at support@unleash-fudotech.com. If a dispute/chargeback is filed without prior contact, we will provide transaction records and proof of credit delivery to Stripe and the card networks to contest the claim.
7) Data Security and Privacy
Data Handling: We do not have access to full card numbers. We receive only limited billing info necessary for account management and support.
